O4f is a software provider operating an NFT minting platform, which provides a user interface for End users and third parties to mint their NFTs on B.A.M network or other Distributed Ledger Technologies. O4f mints, sells and promotes NFTs issued on the O4f application on behalf of Customers (“Heros”). O4f provides a DIGITAL ASSET marketplace and trading infrastructure. Furthermore, O4f does not offer, advertise, carry out or engage in any financial services and does not accept, receive, manage or forward any funds of any users of the O4f application or of any third parties. Any issuance and sale of Digital collectibles (NFTs) conducted via the application is the responsibility of the issuer.
